The postpartum period can feel overwhelming, especially during the long stretches of the day when you're running on empty and there's still so much to manage. I'm here to be an extra set of hands and a steady presence, so you can care for your baby and yourself, knowing someone who understands that every family is different is right there with you.

After working for an agency for many years, I took the leap to build my own practice. Now I work independently, supported by a trusted network of doulas I can count on when families need coverage.
I love helping parents in their journey to parenthood, reminding them that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every baby is different, every parent is different, and my role is to meet you exactly where you are.
When I arrive for our time together, we'll start with a conversation about how things have been going and what your baby's day has looked like so far. I'll answer any questions you have, and together we'll plan out our time based on your baby's schedule and your family's needs.

I am there to help you in any way your family needs. We'll chat about how your day has been going, and I'll answer any questions you may have. From there, we'll plan out our time together based on your baby's feeding schedule and your family's needs.
Yes, I am current with all vaccines.
If I'm sick or a family member is sick, I will try my best to have someone from my network cover for me. If that's not possible, that shift will go to the end of our contract so you don't lose any of your booked time.
